THE CHALLENGE

The client sought a comprehensive, high-grade security system to ensure the utmost protection of the medical center. The project presented several challenges, including stringent deadlines and complex construction requirements, such as chased brick walls and restricted access to ceiling spaces. As a result, meticulous planning and precise execution of all installations were essential to meet the client’s expectations.

PROCESS

The project commenced with in-depth discussions regarding the advantages of utilising Bosch and Vivotek systems. Following these discussions, the team moved into the planning, design, and implementation phases, ensuring that the security solutions addressed the unique needs of the medical centre. Both systems were meticulously configured to maximize their individual benefits. The project concluded with a thorough walkthrough and handover to the client, ensuring that all aspects were understood and met the client's expectations.

Findings

During the installation process, several adjustments were necessary to accommodate changes in the project. This included relocating PIR sensors due to modifications in the joinery and the installation of window coverings. Additionally, door reed switches needed repositioning to align with the new door swing direction. In response to the client's needs for user management, we implemented a solution that allows for easy editing and modification of user accounts within the systems.

Results

State-of-the-art security systems, featuring comprehensive access control and advanced CCTV surveillance, were successfully installed to the highest standards. These systems provide an elevated level of security and monitoring for the medical centre, ensuring the safety of both staff and patients.
